Shipping

1) Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Vancouver BC, Canada. 

• Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.
• Orders to the US are shipped via USPS with tracking.
• International orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS with tracking.

 

2) How long does it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days unless it is a long weekend. We always do our best to get your order out asap as we totally get you are excited to receive your new makeup.

Within Canada 

2-3 business days to BC

4-5 business days to AB & MB

6-8 business days to ON, QC, NS, NB, NF, PEI, NT

Within the US

3-4 business days to the West Coast

4-5 business days the rest of US

International Orders

7-14 business days

 

3) Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free shipping over $65 (before taxes) to Canada and the US.

 

4) How much do you charge for shipping? 

Within Canada : CAD $7.50  *Free over $65 before taxes & after any applied discounts

Within USA : CAD $8.00   *Free over $65 before taxes & after any applied discounts via USPS Tracked.

International Shipping

CAD $13 to Europe *Free over $125

CAD $14 to Australia, New Zealand *Free over $125

CAD $14 to Asia *Free over $125

CAD $30 to the Middle East

*the above are in CAD dollars. Upon checkout, currency will be converted to your local currency. 

 

5) Do you charge duty for US and International Orders?

We are required by-law to list the price paid (excluding shipping) by our customer on the shipping label. 

Duty will be calculated for US & International orders by your local border service officers. For more information on your country’s import tax rate, please contact your local custom office.

 

6) Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes?

Yes, we ship many orders PO Boxes and APO Boxes. 

We use Canada Post for Canadian PO Boxes and USPS for US PO Boxes and APO Boxes. 

  

7) Returns or Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us within 14 days and we will gladly refund your purchases. We do not offer exchanges due to the wrong colour or items ordered for hygienic reasons.
